Make the most of your Gold Coast holiday with a variety of free activities for the whole family at Ashmore Palms. Our free holiday activity program adds extra fun to your stay while keeping your holiday affordable and super enjoyable.
During off-peak periods, you can enjoy free activities 3-4 mornings per week. During school holidays, we offer an even bigger lineup of activities to keep the kids entertained.
Free Activities in Off-Peak Seasons
During 2025 off-peak periods, holiday guests can take part in a range of free activities.
These generally include sand art, a bird photo session, face painting and a sports activity on our new sports courts.
During off peak times, each family also receives a voucher to redeem for a free family photo session with the green screen and a free game of XPlay, our exclusive interactive gaming room.
Summer School Holidays
Soak up the sunshine and summer fun at Ashmore Palms these school holidays! From Saturday 19 December 2025 to Monday 26 January 2026, enjoy free family holiday activities, tropical vibes and unforgettable holiday memories. There’s something for everyone this summer!
Easter & April School Holidays
Hop into the fun at Ashmore Palms over the Easter Long Weekend and April School Holidays, from Friday 3 April to Sunday 19 April 2026! Enjoy a mix of Easter-themed activities, free family fun and plenty of sunshine. Whether you’re staying for the long weekend or over the April school holiday period, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Mother’s Day
Celebrate Mum with a relaxing weekend escape at Ashmore Palms! From Friday 8 to Sunday 10 May 2026, enjoy free family activities and a few thoughtful touches to make mums feel special. It’s the perfect way to spend quality time together and show your appreciation.
Please note that activities are for guests holidaying in holiday accommodation at Ashmore Palms. Visitors are not permitted to attend the activities or use facilities. If minimum numbers are not met, activities may be cancelled. Ashmore Palms may need to make adjustments to activities and cancel others in situations such as staff illness, bad weather, etc. We thank you for your understanding.
