Holiday Reception, Tour Desk & Village Store
For guests holidaying at Ashmore Palms, the Holiday Reception is open 7 days and offers a tour desk ticketing service with tickets to local theme parks, attractions, shows and hire car motor vehicles available. Local area maps, driving directions, attraction brochures and postage stamps are also available from the Holiday Reception.
The Village Store sells general groceries, drinks, ice creams, sweets, souvenirs, magazines and newspapers. Holiday guests can borrow from a large selection of DVD’s displayed in the Village Store. Plus book your tennis timeslot with the friendly staff in the Village Store.
Baby Item Hire
For guests with babies and toddlers, Ashmore Palms’ baby item hire service includes cots, high chairs and strollers. Please ensure to book in advance. A hire fee of $3.00 per item, per night or $15 per item, per week applies. A $50 deposit applies per item hired after the item has been returned clean and intact.
Tennis Court Hire
Holiday guests can book the free tennis court and racquet hire in the Village Store, with tennis balls available for purchase. The tennis court is available for timeslots between 7.30am and dusk, 7 days per week. After a hit of tennis, cool off in Ashmore Palms beautiful swimming lagoons!
Free Holiday Guest WiFi
Ashmore Palms offers a free Wi Fi internet services for guests holiday in the Village, with a 1GB daily allowance.
Free DVD and Board Game Hire
A selection of DVD’s is also available for hire from the Village Store, also free for holiday guests. DVD hire is particularly popular during wet weather! Holiday guests are also welcome to borrow from a small selection of board games.
Group Services
Ashmore Palms can provide accommodation and meal packages for large groups staying at Ashmore Palms, with various packages available that can include breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Groups can also hire the Activity and Conference Centre for group meetings, events, team building, rehearsals and other activities. Guests taking advantage of Ashmore Palms’ meal packages have complimentary use of the Centre for meals.
