Ashmore Palms’ long-term rental accommodation consists of free-standing, partly furnished cabins. These cabins each feature 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen with cooking facilities, fridge, air-conditioning and driveway parking. Each long-term cabin has its own private air-conditioning unit, private bathroom and private driveway parking, for added privacy, cleanliness and convenience.

Please note that it is the responsibility of long-term tenants to provide their own television, microwave, crockery, cutlery, utensils, saucepans, toaster, jug and linen.

Long-term guests can make the most of Ashmore Palms’ extensive facilities, including 2 swimming lagoons, 2 playgrounds, tennis court, barbecues, 3 guest laundries, general store and 7-day reception.

Budget Long Term Accommodation – Melanesian Cabin

The open-plan Melanesian Cabins provide budget long term rental accommodation for one adult or a couple. These basic, partly furnished cabins feature the following:

• Double bed, curtained off from the living area
• Kitchen with small oven, 2 hotplates and fridge
• Open plan living area with small dining table, chairs, lounge and air-conditioning
• Bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity
• Private driveway parking for one vehicle
• A minimum 4 month stay applies in the Long Term Rentals

2-Bedroom Long Term Rentals

The Standard 2-Bedroom Long Term Rental Cabins can sleep up to 2 adults and 1 child. These cabins are partly furnished and include the following:

• Master bedroom with double bed
• Second bedroom with single bed
• Kitchen with an oven and fridge.
• Open plan lounge/dining area with dining table, chairs, lounge and air-conditioning
• Bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity
• Private driveway parking for one vehicle
• A minimum 4 month stay applies in the Long Term Rentals

2-Bedroom Corporate Cabin Long Term Rentals

The Corporate Cabin Long Term Rentals are 2-bedroom cabins that can sleep up to 2 adults and 1 child on a long term basis. These partly furnished contain the following:

• Second bedroom with bunk
• Kitchen with oven and fridge
